Jonathan Karl, ABC’s Chief White House Correspondent, and Anchor had some choice words today for President Trump. Responding to Trump’s press conference and subsequent tweet where he labeled the press “the enemy of the American people” Karl thought he needed to make a statement about the press and it’s freedoms.

Karl makes the implication that President Trump may begin to arrest or kill he or his colleagues that challenge him. It’s a preposterous thought.

What President Trump is doing is raising awareness about how unfairly he is being treated in the media. Fake stories, unnamed sources, calls for him to be impeached or resign. The hysteria is at an all-time high. For god’s sake, there was a story from Newsweek today with the headline “How many days before President Pence?”

The media needs to be held to account. The American people are with President Trump. They agree with him on this point. Even liberals. That’s why they poll higher for “trusting” Trump over the media.
