President Trump’s man for Commerce was just confined by the Senate.

The Hill:

The Senate is poised to approve Wilbur Ross to lead President Trump’s Commerce Department.

As of 7:18 p.m., Ross had 54 votes—more than the simple majority needed to clear him through the upper chamber. The vote remains open.

Ross was widely expected to be approved Monday night, after he overcame a procedural hurdle earlier this month in a 66-31 vote that included the support of more than a dozen Democrats.

Amazing that we’re about to go into March and President Trump’s staff isn’t completely confirmed.
