Sara Carter of Circa News was back with Hannity this week. She and Jay Sekulow, attorney and Chief Counsel for the American Center for Law & Justice, had some very interesting insights to share about the alleged spying on President Trump and his transition team.

The new rules significantly relax longstanding limits on what the N.S.A. may do with the information gathered by its most powerful surveillance operations, which are largely unregulated by American wiretapping laws. These include collecting satellite transmissions, phone calls and emails that cross network switches abroad, and messages between people abroad that cross domestic network switches.
The change means that far more officials will be searching through raw data. Essentially, the government is reducing the risk that the N.S.A. will fail to recognize that a piece of information would be valuable to another agency, but increasing the risk that officials will see private information about innocent people.
Essentially the Obama Administration allowed intelligence information being gathered by the NSA to be shared, virtually without any parameters in place, by other agencies. This is exactly what Chairman Devin Nunes described what happened to the surveillance picked up on President Trump’s team.
Additionally, Sara claims that it was going on even before EO 12333!
They both believe that the Obama Administration used the cover of legal surveillance to spy on President Trump.
Attorney General Sessions should immediately empanel a Grand Jury and beginning subpoenaing former Obama Administration officials. Subpoena Barack Obama if you need to. This is perhaps the greatest political scandal in American history
