Judge Andres Napolitano was suspended from Fox News for sharing confidential information from 3 sources that claimed that the Obama Administration used the British GCHQ intelligence service to back channel information to them regarding the Trump campaign. Of course, the sources were anonymous and Fox most likely took some heat for that. Therefore, they suspended Napolitano who always stood by his sources.

Well, now he’s back. And in an interview with Bill Hemmer, says he stands by his claims and still believes the Obama administration surveilled President Trump and his team. Asked if he still stands by his statements he said the following:

“Yes, I do, and the sources stand by it. The American public needs to know more about this rather than less because a lot of the government surveillance authorities will expire in the fall and there will be a great debate about how much authority we want the government to have to surveil us.” He continued, “And the more the American public knows about this the more informed their and Congress’s decision will be.”
