Judge Andrew Napolitano believes that James Comey should be investigated by the Congress or a special prosecutor. He makes his argument on a variety of factors:

  • Comey’s selective disclosure of FBI investigations of campaigns.
  • Comey’s inaction on the Loretta Lynch scandal.
  • Comey’s failure to impanel a Grand Jury or issue subpoenas in the Clinton investigation.
  • Comey’s willingness to give immunity to Clinton officials that were suspects of the investigation for nothing in return.

Essentially the judge believes there are “so many unanswered questions” that the American people need to have answered.
